Descriptions

"Flash evaporation" means Flash Dryer in English, that is, rapid evaporation. This model was successfully developed in 1970. At that time, it was introduced to solve the problem of high viscosity, slurry materials, moisture-absorbing crystalline products and drying of sludge and filter cakes in chemical industry. This model has played its unique role in the drying process of such materials. In the next few decades, through the continuous improvement of scholars and enterprises, the rotary flash dryer has reached the perfect state in our company. Principle of work

After air filtration, the cold air is sent to the air heater by the blower, and the heated air enters from the bottom of the drying tower at a suitable wind speed, which has strong shearing, blowing, rotating and crushing (external mechanical force) with the wet material added by the screw feeder (installed on the drying tower). This process air transfers heat to the moisture in the material. Vaporization occurs after the wet moisture of the material absorbs heat, and at the same time, air carries moisture into cyclone separator and pulse bag dust collector under the action of induced draft fan for gas-solid separation and evacuation.

Features
  • The product moisture can be adjusted by adjusting the drying parameters, which can satisfy the drying of most materials and has a wide application range.
  • Materials are subjected to shearing, collision, crushing and centrifugation by hot air and external mechanical forces: they are highly dispersed and increase the specific surface area. High volume evaporation intensity, small equipment and large output.
  • The residence time of materials in the dryer is short, and the temperature rise of materials during drying is not great, which is more suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
  • The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirler, and the fineness and final moisture of the material can be adjusted and controlled.
  • Compared with similar drying equipment, this machine has high thermal efficiency (the thermal efficiency of some materials can reach 75%).
